Reservations can be made over phone (we require Drivers License & Credit Card information).

We "WELCOME" you to visit our Showroom however cannot guarantee everything will be available for you to see.  Pictures of most equipment are available on our OnLine Catalog & in our Showroom Photo Album.

  Appointments are not necessary but we'd appreciate if you'd come at least a half hour before closing!

   RESERVATION POLICY:

   If you place a Reservation:

• More than 30 days before event there's a 25% non refundable Deposit required.

• Less than 30 days before event there's a 50% non refundable Deposit required.

• The week of event there's a 90% non refundable Deposit required.

• Inflatables & Dunk Tanks are charged 100% at Reservation & are Non-Refundable!

Make selections carefully!

If you're not sure DO NOT make a Reservation in hopes of cancelling it later!

    CANCELLATION POLICY: (Cancelling ANY individual item or entire Reservation.)

    Cancellations made:

• 1-4 weeks prior to Rental Date Out will be charged 50% of rental fee.

• Less than 7 days prior to Rental Date Out will be charged 90% of rental fee.

• Special items ordered on customers behalf will be charged 100% (cannot be cancelled).

• Inflatables & Dunk Tanks are charged 100% at Reservation & are Non-Refundable!
